The grapes are harvested by hand during the first half of October and transported to the winery in boxes and small trailers to preserve their freshness and quality.

The production of this wine takes place in concrete tanks with a capacity of 15,000 kg to control the temperature and maintain the fruit and freshness characteristic of this wine. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, adding complexity and elegance to the wine without losing its essence.
